Designed to bring simplicity to pH testing to sushi making, the HI981035 Sushi pH Tester is specialized for the measurement of pH of sushi rice as part of a Hazardous Analysis of Critical Control Points (HAACP) plan. The built-in probe features a titanium body, flat tip, and open junction making it ideal for measuring the pH of sushi rice.
